Team & Collaboration

Everyone works off the same live plan — with a join code, five roles, and GPS time tracking. Contractors and clients never take a seat.

Join by codeFive rolesTime on site (GPS)Attendance PDF
What it does
  • Every account gets its own team (renameable). Join others' companies with a join code — you can be in several at once (say, as a contractor) with no cross-impact.
  • Five company roles: Owner (subscriber, only one who can delete projects), Manager (everything but delete, sees all projects), Employee (creates projects, sees own + assigned), Contractor (assigned projects, can't create), Viewer (view, like, comment).
  • Three project roles too — Admin, Member (adds content, edits own), Viewer (read + comment).
  • Time on site: tap Clock in / Clock out on the project card and your GPS location is logged (open it in maps). On-site time is tracked live; switching projects auto-clocks-out the last one.
  • Managers can set team clock-in/out reminders and add manual entries. The attendance report filters by date, project or member, totals the hours, and prints or shares as a PDF.
How to use
  1. 1Share your join code or an invite link — contractors and clients join without using a seat.
  2. 2Assign roles (owner, manager, employee, contractor, client) so each person sees only what they should.
  3. 3On the project card, tap Clock in / Clock out — GPS is logged and on-site time is tracked.
  4. 4Pull an attendance report by date, project or member, then print it or share it as a PDF.

In depth

A GPS time clock and roles that work like a real crew.

Construction Gantt doubles as a construction time clock app: every project card carries a one-tap clock-in and clock-out. Each punch stores a GPS location you can open on a map, the card shows live time on site, and starting on another job automatically clocks you out of the last one. Managers can set clock-in and clock-out reminders for the whole crew, and fix a missed punch manually.

Timesheets that settle pay day

The attendance report filters by date range, project or member, totals the hours, and prints or shares as a PDF. When someone asks "how many days did I work on the Smith job?", the answer is a filter, not an argument.

Five roles, one join code

Every account starts with its own team; others join by code. The owner is the subscriber and the only one who can delete projects. Managers run everything else and see every project. Employees create and work their own jobs. Contractors see only what they're assigned. Viewers — your clients — can look, like and comment, nothing more. Anyone who scans in joins as a read-only viewer by default; you promote them deliberately, never by accident.

Collaboration priced for construction

Contractors and viewers never take a paid seat, and there's no limit on how many you invite — only internal members (owner, managers, employees) count. You can belong to several companies at once, so a subbie can work inside three builders' teams from one phone, and anyone on their own paid plan joins your company without using your seats.
