What it does
  • Every account gets its own team (renameable). Join others' companies with a join code — you can be in several at once (say, as a contractor) with no cross-impact.
  • Five company roles: Owner (subscriber, only one who can delete projects), Manager (everything but delete, sees all projects), Employee (creates projects, sees own + assigned), Contractor (assigned projects, can't create), Client (view, like, comment).
  • Three project roles too — Admin, Member (adds content, edits own), Viewer (read + comment).
  • Time on site: tap Clock in / Clock out on the project card and your GPS location is logged (open it in maps). On-site time is tracked live; switching projects auto-clocks-out the last one.
  • Managers can set team clock-in/out reminders and add manual entries. The attendance report filters by date, project or member, totals the hours, and prints or shares as a PDF.
How to use
  1. 1Share your join code or an invite link — contractors and clients join without using a seat.
  2. 2Assign roles (owner, manager, employee, contractor, client) so each person sees only what they should.
  3. 3On the project card, tap Clock in / Clock out — GPS is logged and on-site time is tracked.
  4. 4Pull an attendance report by date, project or member, then print it or share it as a PDF.
