What it does
Each to-do takes a title, a star for importance, a due date, a reminder, and can be added to the calendar (re-sync any time with one tap).
To-dos can have their own sub-tasks and an assigned owner.
Link a to-do to a Gantt task — or add a Gantt task straight to the list. It shows a Task badge; tap the name to open the task, tap the circle to complete (it syncs back to the Gantt).
Photos taken on a to-do flow into that day's site log automatically when the to-do is completed.
Overdue to-dos roll themselves forward to “today” until you finish them (the original due date is kept, and you're only reminded once).
A home-screen widget (small or medium) shows your open to-dos — overdue in red, important starred. Completing one triggers the celebration animation.
How to use
1Swipe the To-Do panel up from the bottom of the Gantt screen.
2Add a to-do — give it a title, star it if it's urgent, set a due date and a reminder.
3Add sub-tasks or an owner, and link it to a Gantt task if it belongs to one.
4Tap the circle to complete — confetti plays and any photos flow into today's site log.
5In the completed area, browse by This week / Earlier, restore items, or bulk-clear a date range.
