Gantt Chart

The core screen — task list on the left, colour-coded timeline bars on the right, synced scroll and a date ruler on top. A visual schedule built for the jobsite.

Drag & dropAuto-cascadeSub-tasks 5 levels deepSkips weekends & holidays
What it does
  • Unlimited tasks, sub-tasks nested up to 5 levels — indent and guide lines show the hierarchy, each row folds and expands.
  • Parent tasks auto-summarise their children's dates (or override manually), and roll up status: any child late turns the parent late; all done marks it done.
  • Create a linked task and turn on “auto-follow” — move one task and the whole chain reschedules itself, with cycle protection and connector lines drawn.
  • Schedules by working days, automatically skipping weekends and public holidays (both customisable per project).
  • Rich task fields: name, duration, start/end, status, trade, contact, colour (30 shades), parent, predecessor, follow toggle, add-to-todo toggle.
  • Save any project as a template (or build one) and apply it to new jobs — tasks auto-schedule from the start date. Templates stay on-device and use no quota.
How to use
  1. 1Tap a task to select it, tap again to open its edit page.
  2. 2The selected row expands into six quick buttons: drag handle, add sub-task, duration stepper (the whole chain re-plans), status, camera, and create a linked task.
  3. 3Long-press and drag to reorder, or drop a task under another to make it a sub-task (it inherits the parent colour).
  4. 4Cycle the status: Not started → In progress → Done (confetti + praise) → Overdue (bar turns red).
  5. 5Zoom the chart and switch the time scale between Day / Week / Month. Undo and redo up to 50 steps.
